If you are not completely satisfied, they offer online returns and exchanges within 30 days of the shipment date, excluding clearance items marked as Final Sale. Exchanges for like items (same style and color in a different size) are free. For returns, a $4.95 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in original and saleable condition and must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All items must have original tags in place, and swimwear must also have the hygienic liner intact. If the price of an item you purchased is marked down within 10 days of the original purchase, a one-time price adjustment may be made. Only full price items are eligible for price adjustments. Promotions and coupons cannot be applied to previously placed purchases. Clearance items marked as Final Sale and altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To track your order on Boston Proper, you will need to follow these steps:

1. When you place an order with Boston Proper, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please keep this email for your records.
2. If you have created an account, you can track your order in your account. Simply login and go to 'Order History'.
3. Click into the order you wish to track.

Please note that changes to your order cannot be made once your order is In Progress. If the status of your order is "In Progress", it means your order is in the process of being fulfilled and shipped but has not yet received a tracking number.
